Program Mission Statement: The mission of the business department is to develop Christ-centered business professionals who lead with integrity and humility, serving others with compassion and excellence. Rooted in a biblical foundation, our program equips students with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual maturity to proclaim Christ and serve faithfully in the Church, business, and society.
Program Description: The Business Administration program offers students the opportunity to learn from industry leaders who are committed Christians. Courses integrate faith and business while tackling real-world business problems. Students will gain practical experience through internships, case studies, and project-based learning, while applying Christian ethics and adaptive thinking. Concentrations are offered in finance, marketing, leadership, and real estate.
Program Learning Outcomes: As a result of this program, the student will do the following:
1. Apply biblical wisdom and servant leadership principles to lead teams ethically and compassionately in organizational settings.
2. Optimize business processes, operations, and project execution with professional excellence and resource stewardship.
3. Analyze complex business challenges using critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and creative problem-solving.
4. Communicate effectively with clarity, integrity, and purpose to build trust, influence stakeholders, and advance mission-driven outcomes.
5. Engage diverse people and perspectives winsomely and ethically in marketplaces and circles of influence.
Experiential Learning: Students will gain practical experience through internships, case studies, and project-based learning.

Program Director: Brandon Klinger
Brandon Klinger is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and team leader who serves as Program Chair for Business Administration at Lancaster Bible College. He previously founded, scaled, and exited a marketing company and currently works as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer and advisor to multiple high-growth businesses, with active ownership stakes in companies across marketing, home services, and real estate. Brandon brings a strong blend of practical business acumen and biblical worldview into the classroom, equipping students to lead with integrity, innovation, and purpose. Prior to his business ventures, he served as a worship pastor, giving him a heart for mission-driven leadership and creativity. Brandon lives in Lititz with his wife Jessica and their children, and enjoys golf, creative projects, and quality time with family.
