REI 330 Real Estate Finance & Investment
This course introduces students to the financial foundations of real estate. Topics include mortgages, lending structures, investment analysis, property valuation, and portfolio building. Students will learn to evaluate deals, assess risk, and analyze return on investment for residential and commercial properties. (3 credits)
