REI 310 Real Estate Principles

An introduction to the principles, laws, and professional practices of the real estate industry. Students will explore property ownership, contracts, valuation, brokerage operations, ethics, and market dynamics. The course equips students with the foundational knowledge needed to understand real estate as both a business and a calling. (3 credits)
