BUS 307 Business Law

This survey course explores the American legal system and its impact on business operations. Topics include contracts, torts, business structures, intellectual property, agency law, and more. Students will examine legal and ethical responsibilities of businesses and learn to apply biblical ethics to legal decision-making. (3 credits)
