BUS 375 Lean Operations & Logistics for Start-ups

This course equips students to lead and manage operational systems in entrepreneurial ventures and family-run businesses. Integrating lean thinking, agile methods, and logistics strategies, students will explore how to design efficient operations, manage supply chains, model workflows, and optimize resource use in start-up and early-growth environments. Biblical principles of stewardship, excellence, and integrity are emphasized throughout. Students will apply course concepts through real-world simulations, case studies, and the development of a lean operations plan for a start-up or small enterprise. (3 credits)
