CHP 505 Ministry Methods in Chaplaincy
Students will study the paradigm and skillset that chaplains must develop to be effective spiritual caregivers. Students will develop a philosophy of chaplaincy that details the goals of spiritual care, personal growth of the chaplain, and the chaplain as a servant and leader within the institution. Tools for effective caregiving will be explored and incorporated into the students’ philosophy statements.
