BUS 310 Employment Law & Workplace Ethics

This course equips students with the legal and ethical frameworks necessary to navigate employment relationships in the workplace. Students examine federal, state, and local employment laws related to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, employee privacy, and labor relations. Through biblical principles and real-world case studies, students assess how to promote justice, integrity, and accountability in People and Culture functions. (3 credits)
