SGL 507 Equipping & Nurturing Small Group Leaders
This course will explore the various dimensions of recruiting, training and providing ongoing support for local church small group leaders. Included in the content will be understanding various theories and models of training using seminars, coaching, self-directed learning, and situational leadership. In addition, the course will cover principles for selecting, recruiting, and assessing the training needs for small group leaders. 3 credits.
