APO 530 Major World Religions

This course introduces students to the beliefs, cultures, and distinctives of the major religions for the purpose of gaining an accurate understanding. Students will evaluate each religion for its ability to answer the fundamental questions of human experience. Attention will be given primarily to Hinduism, Buddhism, Daoism, Animism, Judaism, and Islam. (3 credits)
