LBC views community living as an essential part of a student’s college learning experience. Students have greater access to supports, resources, and personal connections that help them to flourish during their undergraduate years. Research shows that students are more likely to thrive academically and socially, and experience a greater sense of belonging when they live on campus. Because of this, all full-time undergraduate students are required to live in college-owned housing for the entirety of their undergraduate enrollment at LBC, except when they are classified as Commuters or are granted permission, in writing, by the Office of Residence Life to live elsewhere.
The College is committed to providing a supportive environment for students with disabilities and complying with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended (ADAAA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Fair Housing Act (FHA).
