Disability Services The Disability Services Office (DSO) provides reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities to ensure access to all programs, facilities, and activities of Capital Seminary & Graduate School based on Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), and their amendments. Accommodations are made on an individual, case-by-case basis, after an interactive process and submission of documentation to the Disability Services Coordinator. Incoming students with a disability are encouraged to submit documentation immediately upon acceptance into Capital so that accommodations can be determined before the start of the session in which they enroll.
