SGL 513 Small Group Dynamics & Process
This course will focus on understanding the various theoretical constructs of group dynamics and their practical implications to local church small group ministry. The content will include group formation, norms to group life, roles of group members, group communication patterns as it relates to power and problem solving, conflict management, valuing diversity, developing small group covenants, setting group goals, and theories of group leadership. 3 credits.
