MFL 508 Shaping Resilient Teams

Learners will explore the process of shaping resilient teams for innovation and creativity in a digital, global society. The course teaches leaders how to redeem the arts and technology to unleash the potential of their people through team building. Team building leadership theories will be studied through the lenses of both scripture and the social sciences. 3 Credits.
