MFL 505 Leadership as Influence
Learners will explore the essentials of leadership. Beginning with a theological foundation for leadership, the course will address the theoretical foundations of leadership and power dynamics. Students will build a framework for leaders as authentic influencers that cultivate disciples and craft spiritually-formed ministry leaders for an interconnected world. The course will examine the development of people skills, resilience and grit needed to be a successful leader. 3 Credits.
