Readmission Following Military Service
In accordance with applicable U.S. Department of Education guidelines, students who withdraw or are unable to continue enrollment due to qualifying military service may be eligible for readmission with the same academic status they held when they last attended the institution. Eligible students will be readmitted promptly and without penalty for their service-related absence. Eligibility for readmission will be evaluated against and adhered to via the requirements linked above.
Students seeking readmission following military service should submit a request along with supporting documentation to the Registrar’s office.
Eligible servicemembers will be enrolled promptly in the next available term with the same academic standing, enrollment status and tuition cost as held prior to military service. If the program is no longer offered at LBC, the student will be enrolled in the nearest equivalent. LBC will make all reasonable efforts towards the servicemember’s success in resuming studies including refresher coursework.
