Solution Center
Students and guests are the number one focus at Lancaster Bible College. The Solution Center is here to help students with questions about billing, financial aid and registration, as well as other general college questions. Located within the lobby of the Esbenshade building, the Solution Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM.
Students who need assistance with billing or payment, can contact the Student Billing team at billing@lbc.edu. Students are also welcome to talk with their billing specialist by stopping in the office located within the Solution Center.
Students who have appointments with Financial Aid, the Registrar's Office, or Admissions should check-in at the front desk and will be greeted in a timely manner.
