CYF 301 Advanced Teaching Skills for Children & Youth
Building on Teaching Skills for Children/Youth, this course will deepen students’ understanding of teaching and provide further opportunities to practice and hone their teaching skills. Students will learn how to develop coherent Bible teaching units as well as a strategic and coherent teaching plan for spiritual growth. Finally, students will explore published Bible teaching materials and evaluate curricula for use in a particular ministry setting. (3 credits)
