BUS 406 Strategic People & Culture Leadership
This capstone course equips students to lead People and Culture strategies at an organizational level. Students explore workforce planning, HR analytics, talent development, change management, and organizational effectiveness from a biblical and strategic perspective. The course emphasizes the integration of biblical servant leadership with evidence-based HR practices to cultivate purpose-driven organizations. Projects and case studies prepare students to advise executive leadership and contribute to long-term organizational goals through strategic people initiatives. (3 credits)
