BUS 206 People & Culture: Foundations of Human Resource Management
This course introduces the strategic and biblical foundations of People and Culture within organizational life. Emphasizing a Christ-centered view of people stewardship, students explore core functions such as talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. Through case studies and applied projects, students examine how People and Culture leaders build healthy, ethical, and legally sound workplaces that align with organizational mission and values.
