MIN 522 Power, Change, and Conflict

This course examines the dynamics of power, change, and conflict in leadership, management, and ministry. It equips the students with social, theoretical, and biblical insights, enabling them to articulate a theology of power, identify its various types, and apply its authority to foster a Christ-honoring culture in ministry contexts. Students will gain practical skills for initiating, planning, and implementing effective organizational change. The course emphasizes peace-making leadership, employing diverse strategies for conflict resolution, with redemptive growth as the ultimate goal, guided by biblical principles and a Christian worldview. (3 credits)
