MIN 315 Administrative Leadership in Ministry

This course advances leadership development by focusing on essential administrative skills for effective ministry leadership. Students will explore biblical principles of stewardship, budgeting, strategic planning, risk management, and crisis management, and will apply these principles by creating a comprehensive strategic plan for personal and ministry development.
