Business Administration Program Leader: Mr. Brandon Klinger
Brandon Klinger is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and team leader who serves as Program Chair for Business Administration at Lancaster Bible College. He previously founded and scaled a full-service marketing agency, selling it to an international buyer after just 4 years. He currently works as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer and advisor to multiple high-growth businesses, with active ownership stakes in companies across marketing, home services, and real estate. Brandon brings a strong blend of practical business acumen and biblical worldview into the classroom, equipping students to lead with integrity, innovation, and purpose. Prior to his business ventures, he served as a pastor, giving him a heart for mission-driven leadership. Brandon lives in Lititz with his wife Jessica and their children, and enjoys golf, creative projects, and quality time with family.
Sport Management Program Director: Mrs. Amanda Zuschmidt
Amanda Zuschmidt is a graduate of LBC and holds a Master’s of Education from Millersville in Sport Management and is a doctoral candidate in Sport Management from the United States Sport Academy. Amanda taught overseas in Guam for three years where she taught PE and was an athletic director. After returning stateside, Amanda began teaching adjunct at LBC and ran a mud run using LBC sport management students for seven years that raised over $150,000 for athletics and Penn State Hershey Children’s Miracle Network. Amanda has been full-time since 2013 and leads travel-learn trips to Europe every other year.
