HIS 220 Historical Research on Site
The discipline of history studies human beings who lived and acted in real physical environments and specific points in time. This course is designed to allow students to travel to and experience the spaces where particular and significant events in history occurred. Following advanced preparation, students will travel to predesignated locations accompanied by designated LBC faculty to learn about the sites firsthand. Students will engage in learning activities while on the site and complete research based on their experiences following their visit. (3 credits)
