BTH 101 Foundations for Biblical and Theological Studies
This course introduces students to the tools of biblical and theological studies with the goal of developing a wholistic understanding of a biblical worldview. Students will study a basic evangelical theological method, the doctrine of Scripture and an inductive approach to the study of Scripture incorporating grammatical, historical, literary, and theological analysis, leading to understanding the author’s original intended meaning. Students will also consider basic doctrines and practices of the great tradition of the Christian faith. (3 credits)
