Students will develop an approach to work within crisis contexts and address the complex, difficult ethical dilemmas involved. Applying a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach, this course will develop competence in working with clients in situations that typically evoke strong affective responses, encouraging the development of a trauma-informed approach.
