MUS 202L Musicianship IV Lab

This course trains the ear to recognize rhythmic, motivic, and harmonic elements of 19th-century and early 20th-century music. Syncopation, composite meter, modality, extended harmonies, and interval vectors are studied through dictation, sight-singing, and improvisation.
