COM 103 Message Design

Students will engage in the pre-production of message design. Theories of rhetoric and persuasion will be applied toward analyzing and developing messages. Students will be introduced to the communication research process for the purpose of conducting audience analysis. Finally, students will submit a proposal for the production of a message. Prerequisite: COM 102 or permission of instructor. 3 credits.
