BNT 350 Selected Topics in the Gospels
This course is a focused study of the Gospel of John, noting its unique contribution to the study of life of Jesus Particular attention is given to specialized hermeneutical discussions, theological implications, historical development and the significance of these ideas and theories for the study of the Gospels. Special attention is given to the doctrinal and structural features of the book in the light of its stated purpose, and its relevance to the Church’s task of carrying out the Great Commission. 3
