MIN 850 Contextual Ministry Praxis Seminar

Students must complete this applied research seminar which develops skill sets needed in leading people in their particular ministry context. Particular attention is placed on team dynamics, as well as on the skill sets required to lead change, solve-problems, make team and individual decisions, and to resolve conflict. 4 credits.
