CRT 517 Organizational Leadership & School Change

Discussions in this course include the role of the consulting resource teacher in the academic organization and the changes that occur in schools. The process of change, its phases, and dynamics will be examined. Current trends in education and the responses to those changes will be explored with the implications for the personnel that are affected by change. (3 credits)
